Store Content Issue

Hello everybody.
I've been searching around for Store Content. Although I'm new registered, I'm with you for months. I have a problem with store contents. Some of contents(Showtime Limited Edition Venue, Cowplant, Pepper Stadium, Fast Lane Stuff limited contents...) seem not installed. After I install them, everything seems fine but when I load the game and start to play, I cannot find contents that I mentioned. They don't appear ingame. When I go back to The Sims 3 Launcher again, they are uninstalled! I reinstalled all of store contents before but nothing changed. I've been searching forums for a long time but I couldn't find any solutions. I need your help.

Oh yeah. I have all official packs. I've done whatever the solution says, I'm pretty sure I didn't miss anything. I really want to see Cowplant IG. :/

Where exactly did you download those stuff from?

Hey.
I got them from there. As I said, a lot of contents are working without problem but Cowplant, some vehicles, lot, DJ thingy... I cannot find them ingame.
