Store Updates Not Installing

Hi there!

I've been trying to install the store updates into my game, but every time I try is just says "Install Failed". That's it. it doesn't tell me to update or anything. I'm unsure if there is a generic way to fix this, or if it has to be Mac specific. I've searched for a similar thread, but everything I've found and tried, hasn't worked. How can I fix this

Yes, I use my launcher to access the game.

Hmmm... then I'm clueless for the moment. I have no Mac knowledge at all, to be honest.
You could try converting them to .package, that should do. I just don't know how to do so on a Mac.

ohh how do you install .package or .sims3pack files on mac sims 3 game through launcher ?

Hi there

For .sims3pack type of files, please place them here:
Documents> Electronic Arts> Downloads

Next, go to your launcher and click on the "Downloaded Content" tab.

Install from there!
