Game not loading after 1.42. [SOLVED]

Hi,
I have followed all the instruction of ultimate fix for 1.42 but still my game crashes.

After I start new game it loads a bit and stops and gives me error "Sims 3 has stopped working"

Please help me.

Do you have any mods? If yes, are they updated to be compatible with 1.42?
After updating it works fine for me.

I tried removing all the mods and cc still same problem.

Try backing up and removing this folder, please: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3

Sorry problem solved.

The launcher was saying the game was up to date, but it wasn't. It was in version 1.31

Now I'm able play with no problem at all.
