Still Not working Patch

I had an issue with the patch (Illegal game modification) so I uninstalled the whole game, removed all CC, Packages, and Mods. I reinstalled the game, with the exception of Sweet treats. Redownloaded the patch, followed instructions (stickler for instructions..
and it still has not changed. I will, so far just leave the game unpatched so it works. It's when I get to the #crack, Base game file, and for supernatural &diesel etc... (three different files, TS3.exe and two TS3W.exes) I'm going to make a guess that TS3W is for the Expansions. all the other cracks, or patches work fine.
Hopefully I can find someone with this same problem, or who can help me. Right now I just replaced the newer TS3W file with the one from Supernatural.

Hello,
That error can be caused by an incompatible crack, or outdated mods. If it's the crack, steps 2-4 from Cezra's links should do the trick.
