will ea possibly make an Ep 9 for sims 3

cause i just done some calculation here's the result when the sims 1 was release ea gave us 7 eps, then the sims 2 and they gave 8 eps, will sims 3 have 9 eps ??? ™ ©

I believe there were a couple tweets about development for The Sims 4, so I wouldn't count on there being too many more EPs. I figured Seasons would be the last one.

They haven't said anything about TS4 yet, so I wouldn't expect it to be revealed until late 2013. So in my opinion they are going to release about 2 more EPs before ending TS3.

An EA employee supposedly said to Sim Programs they began development on the sims 4.

I wouldn't trust that, as the article is based on a tweet that might as well be fake. No official announcements have been made so far, even though I'm pretty sure they, in fact, are working on a new game.

did anyone else see that new stuff pack that they are releasing with supernatural if you order it now? or was it seasons? i saw it once and cant seem to find the post anymore. just wondering if im going crazy lol

My game wont be complete without University and an Expansion Pack that combines Bon Voyage and Open For Business elements like this one, so I'm hoping they release at least those 2 before moving on to TS4.

I don't think there will be more, however i do think there might be still one more stuff pack, apart from the one we already know will be the mid-century one, and maybe another store world...but seeing how much they are rushing things to get sims 4 launched as soon as they can, i don't think there's gonna be any new EP.

I never heard anything about that - only the exclusive Plants vs. Zombies content for pre-ordering.

I'd love those expansions, and Open for Business was one of my top favorites for TS2. Unfortunately, I think EA's Sims 3 idea of Bon Voyage was World Adventures, which is really disappointing, since it's so focused on exploring tombs and what not. I loved how in TS2 it was more vacation-oriented.

You got a point, but the way I see it World Adventures was, as its name
suggests, more of an adventure-themed EP rather than vacation. Also
considering the high demand for mermaids from many simmers and the fact
that the link I posted before is an actual EA survey, I wouldn't say
releasing such an EP is unlikely.

If anyone else has watched the Maxis Live broadcast on Youtube, (the one for October 9, 2012)

At about 1hr, 16min into the video, they hint at a University pack of some kind.

There was indeed a VERY big hint that University will be released, probably after 70s, 80s, 90s stuffpack.
This is a picture of what happened, some mascot ran on stage followed by a student and afterwards they said something about a University.

My money is on University, due to the big hint in that video.. Even thought I want "Open for Business".
