Unroutable Terrain World Editor

Hello,
I wonder is there a cheat or something out there that allow us to put a lot on area where it says Unroutable Terrain?
I'm not good in using CAW, i wish there is some more practical and simple way to do that.

Nothing I ever heard about, but even if such a cheat exists, it'll probably cause severe lagging issues in the long run if a lot was placed on unroutable terrain. Sims trying to go there or leave would get stuck.

Oh yeah never mind, i just want to build house with cliff side part to make downstairs layer. So there's no other choice beside becoming a pro in Create a world tools, which is so not me, lol
