Patch 1.42 - Sim wont swimm?[SOLVED]

Ok so I have a problem
My sims enter the ocean but then he doesnt want to swimm?!
He is not affraid of water or something like that
I tried with other sims and they cant swimm too
I first thought maybe the problem was because my sims is a witch but nah : /

Are you using any mods or cc?

Yes, but in the world before this one I could swimm
Now I have another problem -.-
When I wanna take a screenshot my game crashes
EDIT: I saw shark in the ocean,. Is that a problem maybe?

Ok
so I heard it has something to do with nrass mods and patch updating
I used Porter to save all my families and reinstalled my town and problem is fixed
