I have been through hell and back trying to figure this out. I've looked at other threads and I just can't get my game to start! Please help me!

And do you have any more information for us? For example, do you have any expansions? If yes, which ones?

I bought the basegame.
And I have The following EPS:
WA, Ambitions, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Generations, Late Night, Fast lane stuff, high end loft stuff, diesel stuff, kp sweet treats stuff, master suite stuff, and town life stuff.

When you open the launcher and hover your mouse over the base game icon, what version does it show?

It doesn't show a version when I hover over it. But the version says 15.0.135.... but when you go to the default ini file it says the version is 1.42

I'm not able to open that file on my MacBook.

Silly me I didn't download the Mac Version.

UPDATE: Problem Solved ! I was able to download the mac version of the manual patch and now my game is working! Thank you so much Admin for everything!
