Can't install Sims 3 seasons (mac) Empty Can't install Sims 3 seasons (mac)

Every time I click on the installer or the setup, it will pop up then says "Setup has detected the Sims 3 is corrupt or not properly installed". All my expansions are fine and I can play the game from Showtime expansion but I can not install seasons.

Did you unzip the .rar using Stuffit Expander?

Well with that error, how did you manage to install the base game+expansions?
