Installing stuff packs out of order?

I know this probably isn't a legitimate problem, but here goes. Is it possible to install stuff packs out of order? Or even after all the regular expansions are installed? I didn't have much interest in them before, but since I'm pirating it all and the stingy developers are putting in less and less content on EPs... what the hell, I'll give it a go.
