Back with a question re: Sims 3 Pets
Got Sims 3 downloaded okay, and now I'm on Pets. I followed the Installation Guide and now the setup is saying "Please insert disk that contains the file Support/Readme/en/en_EULA.rtf.
Looked in the guide and it isn't saying anything about this?

Re: Back with a question re: Sims 3 Pets
Thanks! I guess I downloaded the wrong pets. The download page is down so it was a little harder to find the right one on the other site. Again, thank you very much!

Re: Back with a question re: Sims 3 Pets
I may need more help later, if you could keep this open please. I think I need to step back from trying to install for a bit. I confused myself again, and as a mother of 2 under the age of 3.. It takes a bit to get things done.

Re: Back with a question re: Sims 3 Pets
Got them all downloaded. Working on the fix and update now. For some reason manual patch wouldn't even open for me, so I restarted my computer. Redownloading it and will update on if it opens this time
//EDIT
No luck. It won't open once it's done downloading. It momentarily freezes my browser then does nothing.
Edit: I think I got it. My game was already up to date. Will try to play and then update this!

What version of the game are you updating to?
Each Expansion has a manual patch in it for the game to update itself when installing.
Under support/updates I think.

Re: Back with a question re: Sims 3 Pets
It's working One question left. I selected a pet (I got pets as well) and went to select my person after and the pet/person showing when you select was stuck on the dog even though I had selected the person. Any known fix to this?

Hi Kiwimuffin. Did you try saving the game, closing The Sims 3 and starting the game again? It may be a temporary solution for your problem...

I did, but haven't restarted the game since. I know I've had this issue before. Wasn't sure if there was an easy fix to it.
