Graphic problems

My game runs perfectly fine, no crashes or anything, but since i installed seasons i started getting graphical issues like when there is frost, or it rains or snows, all the land of the terrains that don't belong to a lot make white flashes constantly, and also the streets get like so stretched that they occupy the entire town and won't let me see anything. I would like to know if there is any way to fix this even though i know my graphics card is crappy (i used to have a good one but it broke). Maybe an update but i updated it although i don't really understand much about it. Also my pets look deformed but i know that can't be fixed. I tried the canUrunit and it says i'm fine to run sims 3 seasons. Here is the info on my pc:

Have you tried to drop all the graphics settings down to the lowest? and uncheck all the boxes.

hi every one i need help pleeeeeease my sims3 season crash and wen i check it with The Sims 3 Crash Log Analyzer that tell me insuffisante graphics capability so i do the test of "can you run this game" and thy tell me that i can and this is my pc information
