The Sims 3: Game freezes after Sim reaches Level 5 Singing Career.

Good day guys, i don't know whether this has been posted before so sorry if it has.

See, my friend's Sim is a Level 4 Singer, but after he leveled up, The game freezes on his way to the manager of a place where he will be singing. Is there a fix on this? Thank you very much in advance to those who can help me! (:

Anyway, my Friend installed a Chinese version of the game.

Well, what happens is when it freezes, it will say Not Responding (He runs it in Windowed mode) Then he needs to close the game. after that he needs to load the previous save w/c means he lost his progress.

Anyway, he has 0 CC installed.

Now what happens is that game crashes after the sim goes transparent. even the image on the game bar. then it crashes like the previous bug.

As of this moment, I am talking to my Chinese friend, he said that he tried that when he encountered the level 5 singing career issue and it seem to not bother him now, but the transparent sim started bugging him. Will it work if he tries the Ultimate fix on a Chinese game installed?

Is the game a torrent or a bought version?
