Sims 3 (pets) won't start after downloading correctly.

Hi,
I just downloaded Sims 3 Pets (by games4theworld), and everything went well.
But when I want to play, nothing happens. I tried to start the base game, my other expansion packs and sims 3 pets as well, but nothing seems to work.
What am I doing wrong? Or which game am I suppose to start when I want to play my installed Sims 3 pets?

No launcher, no game, no errors, nothing? Could you tell us what is listed as the "Target" when you right click the icon on your desktop and click on "Properties" ? You should be using either the launcher in the base game's directory, or the TS3.exe found in the same location.
