I dowloaded all the patches, had a few problems so i downloaded the ultimate fix. I checked that my game was updated but then once i start the game i get this message "It looks lke you have installed an unofficial game modification that does not match your current version of The Sims 3. We recommend that you either uninstall these games or get an updated version of them - otherwise you will get crashes or bugs. Quit or Continue" I clicked continue and starts just fine but then when it is loading a city it crashes.
So where can i get thism update if i already did the Ultimate Fix?

Hello,

That one is caused by an outdated crack, or an incompatible mod. Did you download the fix recently? If you did, it's probably not the crack, so temporarily remove your mods folder to see if the error is gone.
