So how can I download it from the Sims 3 website? It's annoying since they're asking me to authenticate my game which is pirated. :/

Try this. The Festival Lot though is also available in our official MediaFire account here. It is located under miscellaneous/Other. Don't mind the 2 .Sims3Packs, I believe they're the same thing, just use whichever.
