The Sims 3 not Working!!!

Hey guys i've got a wierd problem...
I was playing The sims 3 for a while after seasons came out,but kind of got the sudden interest to play assassins creed 3.
Sooooooooo I uninstalled every thing and installed AC3 and finishing it off.Then I installed the Sims again(all expansions except Katy perry's thing and master suite ) and whenever i get into the neighbourhood after creating my sims and giving them their houses and stuff...it just crashes and just stays like that!!!
I tried that DEP thing (Most the TS3Launcher.exe could not get in I just dont Know why)....BIG FAIL!!!!
Still the same problem!!!
I've tried Taking the folder out of My documents...Nothing!!!
Help me out guys please!!!

ram-6GB
HDD-640
Graphics-Nvidia Geforce 525M
I also Had to update my graphic card driver if that makes a difference...

Did you restart your computer at all before re-installing the sims?

I dont think so...but i did after that dep thing

When it crashes there should be a button that says "Details" or "View Details". Can you click that and copy/paste the information please?

It seems that i did not update outdoor living stuff...
did that affect the problem...and if so do i have to uninstall the whole game just to update one expansion...Because i already cracked the game.
also i downloaded that crash log thing everyone's talking abt ad it said the update error and DEP error as well ...

Im sorry i did not understand what you're talking about...Is it the DEP thing Or the window that pops up showing that the application has stopped working??

He's talking about the box that pops up telling you that the game has stopped working.

so does that mean I have to wait for a new patch to come out???

alright it crashed again...
I used that crash log and it says that i have insufficient graphics quality annd i should get it checked for instability....WTF!!!!
