Installation help
Hi .. I notice that when I'm trying to install an Expansion pack (eg. world adventure) after the base game,
it prompt and ask me to update my game to the latest version so that I can continue installing other expansion pack that I wanted .
And I did notice that my under Seasons, Supernatural, Diesel Stuff, Katy Perry's Sweet Treats, Showtime, Master Suite Stuff, Pets, Town Life Stuff and Generations, those folder size seems to be small around 100 + mb and under Game\bin doesnt have file for me to replace with TS3W and TSLhost .
Can help?
P.S . Some of my setup are not from Games4theworld. Does it really matters?

Re: Installation help
Hello,
No, that doesn't matter, as long as they are non-modified.
That's all normal: you can safely use the updates that pop-up during the installation of the expansions.
As for the "Town Life Stuff" folder: normal too. All game folders of expansions released after and including The Sims 3: Generations will look like that, since they are actually integrated in your base game folder.
In order to get your game working, please follow these instructions carefully: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
DO NOT skip any steps and re-download the manual patch and the Ultimate Fix.
Good luck and please let us know the result!

Re: Installation help
I see ..
Is stated that "Install The Sims 3 and all expansions you like".
I installed the base game and I went on installing others, eg ( world adventure ) . During the setup , it prompt and ask me to update to the latest version of my base game which is v1.42 before I can install world adventure Is normal too?

Hello,
What if you re-do step 2: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
Check your launcher afterwards, they should be lit up again.
