Having a "Service Initialization failed" error (0x0175dcbb) [SOLVED]

Hello!

I installed:

Sims 3
World Adventures
Hugh End Stuff
Ambitions
Fast Lane Stuff
Late Night
Outdoor Living Stuff
Generations
Town Life Stuff

Then the launched didn't want to update automatically so I did it manually with the patch you guys linked in one of the forum threads.

I used the Fix in all the expansion packs and the last one that goes in the base game.

But when I run the game from the launcher it doesn't boot up and when I launch it from the .exe file it says this error.

I erased the cache, even the downloaded additional stuff and I still have this problem.

In the "Sims3.reg" this is what it says:
