on the installation guide on step 4,it says to drag and drop the 2 files to the thing i installed b4 that,when i drag them to there it says i have to install the v4.0 version of .NET Framework instead of a popup with a "replace" button mention on the guide.

wut do i do?

Install V4.0 version of the .NET framework and proceed with the install as listed in the instructions. That should get you up and running.

it doesnt work when i download it
i clicked run and the box disappeared and nothing else popped up

Hello,

Try to run it as an Admin. (Right-click on the .exe and choose "Run as Administrator")
