Can you install new Expansion/Stuff Packs AFTER installing the patch?

I've installed the patch and Sims 3 Master Suite Stuff Pack (Its the only patch that worked, thank you SO much by the way). I read several posts, but couldn't find a direct answer for my question. Can I install more expansion packs or stuff packs, even after I finished installing the patch? I'm thinking of Late Night, or Fast Lane, or possibly all of them lol. So, how would I install them? Is it possible? Please reply!

Yes but depending on what you patched up to (1.42?) you will have to re patch.

To be safe, just re-apply the fix after every time you installed something new, whether it's a stuff pack or expansion pack.
That's what I do. Trouble-free here. Unless your computer decides to f things up and destroy your save files. -.- (sorry got carried away)

I am a fan of Fast Lane Stuff, I don't really care for the others listed on your patch thread (-AWESOME) that much. Can I download any Expansion Packs (Preferrably Fast Lane Stuff) and still have the patch work correctly? FLS is the only one that I want for now.

Hello,
You can, but, only if you never exceed Fast Lane Stuff's patch level, so you can use it's crack. If you do want to patch your game to the latest game version, and use the latest crack, you're really going to need at least one of the expansions listed in that thread.
If you have any further questions about this, please open a new topic. It'll be easier for us to keep track of everything.
