I don't think so. I imagine just like beer pong will be juice pong, pot will be handled similarly. Like a bubble blowing machine type thing.

I was about to mention the "bubble blower". I seen things exactly like it and they were not for blowing bubbles lol. My brother in law has one and guess what he uses in it.
Besides, since when are herbs by definition drugs.

I'm in The Netherlands myself and a lot of people here don't think of weed as any worse than alcohol and it baffles lots of us that it's treated like a serious substance in many countries.
I think alcohol is much worse. I've experienced both and I only got drunk a handful of times because I hated it. I got high much more often lol. Long long ago though and I obviously wouldn't even consider it right now because I have a responsibility for 3 kids. Don't know if I ever will again, probably not.
And I've experienced drunk people and people that were high and I hate drunk people. They are loud and aggressive. Potheads are laid back and relaxed.

Herbs in Sims doesnt necessarily mean weed. The SimGuru who ran the Q&A mentioned cooking, could also be gardening or teas that you can buy. Not to mention the possibility of PlantSims being the different lifeform in Uni. EA won't change their rating, would lose too much money.

Being an Uni student myself I don't much get this bad rep thing. If anything here high school kids are the ones who get blackout drunks and experiment with drugs till they turn purple with red polka dots.... some who can't afford drugs sniff glue or gas.. pale
In my experience, Uni is much tamer than HS was.
