The Sims 3 game/bin folder is missing.

I've just recently downloaded and installed The Sims 3 Seasons. The Sims 3 was one of the two games I had actually purchased, along with Showtime, and I dL'd a few others. However, when going to copy the crack into my base folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\) the "Game\Bin" folder just isn't there. The only folder there is my Caches folder, which is empty. I've tripled checked to make sure that I wasn't in my documents folder, and I can take a screen shot if necessary. Any idea what could be going on? I've looked it up all over the internet and only found one problem similar to mine.

Maybe try to reinstall everything? Maybe there was a problem while installing the Sims 3 from your CD
