Missing game/bin folder? [SOLVED]

My game/bin folder does not appear to be in my the Sims 3 game folder to copy the cracks into for expansion packs. I bought my game from target and installed using the disk.
Am I just completely missing it or did I do something wrong?

The Game Bin folder isn't in the Documents, but the Computer - Local Disk: C: - Programs - Electronic Art - The Sims 3 - Game - Bin
I think that's the patch - I custom install mine, so I'm not sure....
