Dine Out DLC Folder missing from Sims 4 Empty Dine Out DLC Folder missing from Sims 4

Hey I opened a post before regarding this issue but The Dine Out Dlc folder GP03 is missing from my Sims 4 folder. I downloaded everything from this site and followed all instructions. I would really appreciate the help in order to get it  Laughing

Are you sure you installed City Limits ?
That includes Dine Out.

Are you sure you installed City Limits ?
That includes Dine Out.
 I did but maybe when I installed it, it did not contain it

Hi! City Living update includes Dine out (GP03) in the files. Have you tried re-downloading the torrent and check if it's inside?
