1.48 Patch Question

I currently have 1.42 working fine and I also have a lot of cc. Am I suppose to remove all my cc and uninstall all my EPs to patch the game?

No, you don't need to remove those prior to updating.

One item that I know you must remove/update is XCAS. The current version works with 1.47 & 1.48. In any case you need the version that matches your patch version.

No, you definitely don't have to remove any expansions or CC. but if you have any mods or packages, they may cause problems. I had to remove some that weren't compatible with the update.
