PC shuts down while playing sims 3. [CLOSED]

While im playing The Sims 3 and only The Sims 3, my PC suddenly shuts down, w/out a warnig or anything like it. I tried reinstalling all the "Sims 3" games, deleting the "Sims 3" folder on documents, Gamebooster, nothing seems to work, and my pc does hav the minimum requirements to run it. Wat should I do??
