Sims 3 University Installation problem Empty Sims 3 University Installation problem

Hi

I have just downloaded the Sims 3 University Life.I have followed the instructions in the installation guide however my installation wizard appears in Japanese. How do I solve this problem?

Hello,

If the installation wizard of an expansion or stuff pack appears in a certain language, this means that the base game was installed in that language too; so in your case the language that was chosen for the installation of the base game was Japanese.

The safest way to solve this ? In my opinion, you have to un-install all your Sims 3 games, and when you re-install the base game, choose English.

P.S. Remember: you can only choose the language of The Sims 3 once, namely when you install the base game. After that, if you install an expansion or stuff pack, it will be in the same language as the one that you chose for the base game.
