Town Loading screen stuck Empty Town Loading screen stuck

Hello,
I've got a problem. Whenever I load up the game and choose Sunset Valley and Bridgeport, it loads up quickly and stops, having about 1 % left. I tried lowering my graphics, deleting game cache files, but still none.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,

Any errors? Are you using mods/cc? If you are, disable them (by moving the mods folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3) and see if your game loads.

I don't use mods... I tried uninstalling everything and installed the Sims 3 base game. There was a problem with fullbuild0.package (not cyclic redundancy check)
I chose ignore. Sunset Valley loaded, but when i chose a household, the loading kept on going. I tried it on a faster laptop, but still the same. I think it's because of the installer. I'm currently downloading a new one.

I used an original disc. The setup went very well. It was the installer I got. Maybe the file was corrupted. Sorry and Thanks for your time !

Once I had the same problem, and after so many tries and dienery's help from here, I figured it out i you recently add a new EP, sometimes game needs another manual patching. Just patch your game again, and let us know the result Smile
