New Sims Store Downloads Broken. [SOLVED]

I downloaded the Rococo Set and I changed it to .sims3pack as it was labelled .001
But I open it in the launcher and it says it failed.
What do I do?

Did you download the 2 parts?
If yes, maybe you did not join it using HJsplit.
