Hot spots doesn't change

Hello,
I have a doubt and a problem, the hot spots at Bridgeport doesnt change, every night Eugi's and The Prosper Room are the hotspots, and it's been like four days and they don't change. When my sims read the newspaper, the news about hot spots just don't appear. My doubt is, this is a bug that just me is having? or it happens to someone else? is there a way to fix it? My games are all store bought, except for al stuff packs and generations
