Update Problem

Hi everyone! I have used your instructions to install The Sims 3 and everything worked fine up until the latest update. I tried updating it with the launcher and after waiting forever for it it gave methe Invalid File error. Then I did what you say in the guide, to download the TS3_1.55... file and use that one but when I do it gives me an error as well and it doesn't update the game. I dont know what else to do. Can you help me?

Hello,

Did you apply the manual patch? If not, try to apply it once more (I have applied it twice to get it working). Download the patch with another web browser. If you have downloaded The Sims 3: Island Paradise torrent, you can try to update your game to 1.55 by this.

Yes, I did apply the manual patch several times and it never worked :/

Hello,

Have you tried to delete browsing history and try again? Instead of using Google Chrome or IE, try to use Firefox or other web browsers to download the manual patch.
