No game disc found for Island Paradise. [SOLVED]

I started with the original of these: Sims 3, Ambitions and Pets.

I then installed Seasons from games4theworld. That installed fine, worked fine. I closed the game and installed Island Paradise but forgot to copy the crack! I only realised this when I tried to play the game and it started up with a black screen... 

I then copied the crack, and got a message saying "No game disc found, please insert The Sims 3 Pets game disc." Tried re-installing Island Paradise doing everything correctly this time. And it still comes up with the same message. When I inset my Pets disc, it says "Exception Raised. Unhandled page fault on write access to 0x0000000c at address 0x004e6146. Do you wish to debug it?"

I tried uninstalling to go back to Seasons, but the same "No game disc found" still happens! On Finder it shows the Seasons and Island Paradise as inserted discs. 

I don't have any custom content.

I hope all of this makes sense. Any help would be appreciated.

FIXED! Tried so many things but this was the one that worked. 

"You should try to:
- apply the Ultimate Fix
- apply the manual patch
- apply the Ultimate Fix crack
- apply the manual patch once again
- apply the Ultimate Fix crack once again"

Sorry I'm kind of new to this, could you kind of explain in a bit more detail how you did this?
