i have the original sims 3 bundle from origins, it's updated to 1.55 and when i install some torrentted expansions and use the ultimate patch fix it crashes, 


and if i dont  use the ultimate patch fix, where i use original files of the sims 3 opening it in:
origins>sims launcher> play ,
it looks for the cd of the installed torrented expansions... help please

Hello,


The correct directory of applying the #crack of the Ultimate Fix should be: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 3\Game\Bin instead of C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin. Ultimate Fix can be found here.

i followed the instructions but my installation location for Origin Games in the D:/ drive, 
D:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 3\Game\Bin

i'll change the installation location to C: and try if it works.
(might have to re-download sims 3 bundle, will take time)

i did the registry fix, and i just moved the files,

btw. there was a patch yesterday for the sims 3, does the ultimate fix cover this new patch?
