Sims 3 expansion help

So, I followed the How to install sims 3 correctly, download the ultimate fix and the manual update patch. I installed university life, put the crack into the sims3/game/bin. but still it says no disk, please put in disk!!! WHY? My game is updated to 1.55.4 and university life is 18.0.126. Please! Help is needed!!
