I read it. Now, I have the newest patch and fix installed. I want to install Pets. After I install it, do I need to reinstall the patch and fix?

Hello,

Yes, it's recommended that after installing the expansion you re-apply the manual patch, and then you re-apply the two #crack-files from the Ultimate fix.
