Sims 3 is corrupt or not properly installed. [SOLVED]

I'm having the same issues as this guy.  I see that someone was able to get into his registry and help out.  Would someone be able to guide me through this process?  I'm updated to patch 1.63.  Thank you.

Nevermind, you can close the topic.  For future use, if you just redownload the newest update that worked for me.
