Game won't update/ Manual patch not working. [SOLVED]

Hi,

I'm trying to update my game and I usually have to use the manual patch as it tells me 'Invalid file found' if I try to do it normally. I've downloaded the file but when I tried to winrar the file it said it cannot make the operation happen and then continued. When I opened the file there was nothing for me to open only and folder saying contents and MAC in.

Help! I'm not sure what to do here.
