Missing text in start menu, loading cities failure

Sims 3 loads perfect until the starting screen/menu. When i want to load a city, it tries but then crashes. Also some colors are missing or show up wrong and some text from buttons is missing.

I installed sims 3 correctly, (with expansions WA, HELS, Amb, FLS, LN, OLS, Pet, Sea, UL, IP installed (in same, right order)) upgraded to latest version TS3_1.63.5.0240xx_update(from this site), only used cracks of Ultimate Fix from this site.

What's my problem? Who can help me?

Please redo steps 2-4 of this guide again: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly. Redownload the manual patch and the Ultimate Fix from the guide.

If that doesn't help, reinstallation seems to be the last resort. Please uninstall all of the expansions and the base game with Your Uninstaller Pro (available in www.piratebay.sx/user/games4theworld).

Uninstall both the expansions and the base game with the Uninstaller Super Mode. Afterwards, proceed to reinstallation.
