ultimate fix?

okay so i downloaded the ultimate fix before it went off line, but when i unrar the file it comes up with an error message if i tell it to ignore the error i only get a few of the files for it and no installation guide. anyone have any suggestions for it? i tried the mirror download and all i get is a cloud with wheels not doing anything..

The error message may because of your downloaded file was incompleted.
Try re-download with the mirror 1 ,both pc and mac link are work fine, maybe you have to wait for a little while.
