My Page & Wall and Twinbrook Problem

Hi. I was playing the game & decided to see my wall and i saw this (Sorry for the pic quality) :

What's going on? Will i see this again? Have you ever faced this before?

And my other problem is this:

Why is Twinbrook like a river? Is this related to the routing bugs? Because I've not downloaded Twinbrook's fixed routing version.

I think it's NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT.
And about My Wall, i restarted the game & it was working right.

Please download and apply this GPU update: http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/win7-winvista-32bit-301.42-whql-driver-uk.html
During the installation choose "Custom", followed by "Clean installation".
After it finished updating your GPU driver, please restart your PC. Then run the game and let us know the result.

What's the issue with the wall?

I can't see the whole page. I've taken a photo with my cam & you can see it in the first post. See, everyting is not in its own place. There is no place for scrolling down. I face this bug often.

Try completely removing (Read: backing up) ALL Mods and Custom Content and then test the game.

I did but no difference. I still see My Page like that (sometimes). Could the Save file itself has got something to do with this? I should try loading the other saves & try opening up My Page & Wall in those saves & see if it will load properly or not. Shouldn't I?
