Roaring Height Fixer Upper Car turns into a Box, Please Help

Well when I was working on The Fixer Upper Car in Roaring Heights, I fixed it completely and then it turned into a box I was like Help

I have no idea what happened or why this happened, Can someone please help me?

When I click over the object it says ***Failure Object

Yeah but why would the spray can be missing as well?
