Unable to Install Base Game Empty Unable to Install Base Game

Hey,
I just downloaded the Sims 3 and when I try to install the game, not an expansion, I get the "This product requires an installed copy of The Sims 3. Please install The Sims 3 before installing this product." error. I've tried deleting and downloading the game again completely but that didn't help, and the files in the YouTube video are different than what I downloaded. 
How do I install this game?


Also, these are the contents of the file I downloaded
Unable to Install Base Game <a href=Unable to Install Base Game Files12" />
As well as the #Crack folder at the top.
