Stuck at end of loading screen

Just installed everything from the guide step by step. I can enter the game just fine but when I choose a neighborhood and launch the game, the loading screen bar reaches almost the end before the music just stops and it hangs there. Also, do I start the game from the launcher, ts3.exe or ts3w.exe?

You can start from the launcher if you want too...Or you can go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin and click TS3W...Mine takes awhile to load sometimes too...But if it's not loading at all you may want to try reapplying the crack...

I'll try applying the crack again. Or waiting to see how long it takes to load if at all. I've let it sit for 10 minutes

FIXED! Tried starting the game in windowed mode and it worked! Don't know why I had to do that but it's all good for now...now I just have to figure out whenever I have the Sims 3 installed, if my computer goes into sleep mode, my computer blue screens and crashes.

I can't. My roommate gets pissed if computers are left on. He thinks they still draw tons of power to run

are your graphic drivers uptodate?

yes it is. i have an nvidia gt530 and the geforce experience which auto updates the driver

what size is ur ram maybe it is caused because of low ram
