Hopeless Sims 3

I've tried many many times to play it,
but every time it stopped and shutted automatically when i create family or change a new look for the sims,
I removed and reinstalled the game again, it's still occur in same situation.
I didn't install any mod or package.
My system requirements are way much better than it basic.
I still don't know what was going on.
It's make me so frustrated.Can anyone help me out, please?

Weird weird...
If you have Windows 8, try to launch the game as Administrator (without the Launcher: go to the base game install folder and launch TS3W.exe).

Hello,
Go to My Documents/Electronic Arts and rename the folder "The Sims 3". Rename it into anything you like - it doesn't matter what.
Restart the game, make a new savegame, and play on for a while. Does the same glitch happen there ?

I've already mentioned step #1 from that guide, and then do all other steps too. If you are at step #3, you should only do this if your Windows is 64-bit AND if your computer has 4 GB of RAM or more. At step #3, download that "4 GB patch". Double-click on it then and choose the TS3W.exe in your base game location.
Wait for the message "executable successfully patched" and close the program. Then do the other steps in the guide. Good luck !
