Town Life Screwed Up My Game

Every single EP & SP I have downloaded on here has worked perfectly dandy and fine. Well, that is until I installed Town Life.
I installed Town Life as I did every other SP, and it did install into my game.
One issue however. In the Launcher, there are usually icons at the bottom, telling you which EP/SP's you own. This time, however, I noticed something peculiar.
It only showed EP/SP's that were made before Town Life. Into the Future, Island Paradise, Movie Stuff, in addition to the rest of EP's/SP's that came after Town Life were NOT there.
I assumed it was a problem with the Launcher, and thought nothing more of it.
However, when I launched the game, the loading screen was for Generations.
After, I uninstalled Town Life, and then went back in my game. Still didn't work.
I did notice however, while Town Life was downloading, it said that it was "changing disk permissions", which had never before happened while I was downloading.
Maybe this could affect something? Please help! Thanks in advance.

All games are downloaded from the games4theworld website. I applied the Ultimate Fix, and it worked with every one of the EP's/SP's except Town Life.
