Mod problems

Hi all
I'm having a problem with mods not showing up in my game. I used to only have the Mod folder with the "no intro" file in it. But about a week ago I was trying to add the master controller to it. It's not showing up and neither is the "no intro" working. I wanted to attach a screen shot of my folder but site is saying no storage space. I have windows 7.

Hello,
I suspect you have copied and pasted (or dragged and dropped?) the screenshot you have made to the post box? It will not work and you should use "Host Image" function right in the middle of the toolbar of the post box.
Follow the on-screen instruction of uploading the image. We need screenshots of both C:\Users\(your account name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\ and C:\Users\(your account name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages\ to solve the problem.
