Mods (POSE PLAYER and poses) don't show up in the game!

I downloaded the latest Resource.cfg file and and Updated version for Pose Player (Year 2013).

Basically I do not know why Mods don't show up in my game. About a year ago I also tried to download hairstyles with .package files but they also did not appear in the game although I did everything right (put it in the right folder). Caches Folder is clean, all those unwanted files were deleted (that didn't allow you to run mods, I guess..)

I downloaded Sims 3 from games4world Kickass profile and installed it and it works OK.

Game is updated but not to the latest update because I saw people are having problems with it. I don't connect to the store!
In "Game Updates" it says my game is up to date but it has something to do with Sims Store CC and I guess that's not the problem why my Mods do not work. HELP, PLEASE? I really want to use Pose Player in my game!
