Problem with the expansions (Sims 3 Pets) Empty Problem with the expansions (Sims 3 Pets)

Hi, well i installed the game, and some expansions (Ambitions and Supernatural) and  the two works. After i downloaded the Pets expansion and installed it
I open the launcher and the game dont recognize the expansion of the Supernatural, but the other works, and i dont know what to do to fix it. Please help! Wat. 

(Sorry for my bad english, i speak spanish)
