New Traits??? Empty New Traits???

Is it possible to make new traits in The Sims 3??? I've been wondering for a really long time on how to make them. Is there a program or something? Or a file for traits in the game folders?

I would really like to know.

Hello,

Unless you familiarize yourself with modding The Sims 3, you can't have custom traits. This kind of stuff needs advanced coding skills, and...without me being a computer science specialist, I think it's fair to say that this is something you cannot simply learn in just a couple of days.

I know that some modders have released custom traits in the past; for example this here. You may do some googling yourself, but be careful when downloading stuff. Always make sure that the stuff is ompatible with the base game patch version you have.

Beyond that I'm afraid I can't really say much else.  Wat.
